Designed as a refined yet welcoming teachers’ lounge for junior and senior high school faculty (SMP / SMA), this space provides a comfortable environment for teachers to work, collaborate, hold informal discussions, and unwind between classes.

The interior is defined by a rich magenta accent, introduced through the custom curved furniture and cabinetry. Rather than dominating the space, the magenta becomes a distinctive visual identity that adds energy, warmth, and character to the otherwise neutral interior. The deep tone also gives the lounge a more sophisticated and mature atmosphere, appropriate for a professional faculty environment.

 

A warm neutral palette of stone, beige, and soft grey balances the stronger magenta elements, while custom built-in cabinetry and integrated storage maintain a clean and organized appearance. The central island and curved seating create flexible settings for informal meetings, collaboration, and social interaction among teachers.

 

Patterned flooring adds subtle visual interest and helps define the different zones within the open-plan room, while layered architectural lighting and concealed illumination enhance the warmth and depth of the interior.
